Strong bench
3 of 3 found this helpful Forget the little attachments. Then you have a strong bench with an easily adjustable back rest for incline and decline bench and flying.
Stable when doing inclined sit up. Solid enough to use for step ups.
It is easy to put together and does sort of fold up with the removal of one pin pull. The leg extension bar is not really usable but again that is because the makers have tried to make the bench do too much.
If you want a reliable, easily adjustable bench this is good for that.
