I learned to knit at age 5. As an adult I became a knitwear designer and managed to yarn shop. I also taught knitting and crochet classes. Kirkland Back and Muscle Pain
This works good for sore back muscles ,back pain it's a little expensive with the cost of the product and the shipping to US. But when you can barely get out of bed in the morning because of back pain I was desperate to try just about anything. Sometimes it takes 2 caplets to feel better but it does what it's supposed to do ..Just make sure you pay attention to which one you buy the blue box has ibuprofen.200 mg and 500 mg methocarbamol and the green box is 500 mg acetomenaphen. methocarbamol is 400 mg .Because of the lower strength the green box has more caplets per bottle.
