Great printer - hidden costs
1 of 1 found this helpful Brother DCP-9020CDW is probably the best printer I have owned in terms of the print quality, speed and software functionality. The downfall of this printer is the 'fuser unit'. It failed on my first machine so I tried to get it repaired. I found that the cost of repairs were greater than what I could buy a new printer for. Uneconomic to get it fixed! Hence the purchase of this second printer.
The first printer had cost me £192.00. Cost to get it repaired - £207.00.
Cost of the second new printer - £150.00
I read a number of reviews stating the problem with the fuser and saying it failed within a period of one to three years.
I will let you make up your own mind.

Reasonable Value for the money
0 of 1 found this helpful This one's better than the one I had. It isn't as good as the Phillips shaver I have used in the past. FOR the value it is alright.
