Canola cooking spray
I recommend the product and it is a very effective spray and no smell or after taste.
However i have to say the packaging was not appropriate ...it should have been wrapped in bubble wrap and then in a box.
It was in a pladtic sheeting in a jiffy bag.....1 of the cans...the lid had come off so in effect i received 3 & half cans...the lady at the post office also said when she handed it to me that the packing was leaking
Please take this into consideration if i purchase again.
