1 of 1 found this helpful I found that it was difficult to spin the tightening wheel past a certaian point on one of the bars and that I must screw all very tightly to prevent them from keep loosening. I can only assume that the screwing on will improve with use.No problem with the seller, just where it was made, although 'York' are a well respected name.
