  NEGATIVE FEEDBACK - STAY AWAY - Item (vacuum) received with a giant hole in canvas bag. First seller stated that he "did not know/noticed", then he "did not think it was that bad", and finally "I did not [bother] to fix it!" "you can saw it". Apologies but at almost $100 and "working condition" I do not expect to have to do ANY sawing/repairing of any kind! When I asked for a partial refund to cover ~60% of the cost of replacement bag I was told that I could just pay for the shipping back! BAD
