Strong, high pressure
This is new, heavy-duty braided PVC tubing. It is strong and durable in its design.

Unique useful flask
To my knowledge, Fleakers are not currently manufactured by Corning, which is unfortunate because they were a clever design when first introduced. With an appropriate rubber stopper closure, they can be turned into a small bioreactor that can be employed for continuous culture.

Autoclavable and durable
These tubes are autoclavable and can be reused. They also stand up in centrifugation when used with an appropriate diameter centrifuge head. This makes them particularly suitable for cell cultivation and recovery. It may be necessary to use an insert for them to fit properly in a centrifuge head.
