1st thing you should change out on your 10th Gen Civic!

Didn’t want a cold air intake for my civic cause I daily drive it in all weather conditions and didn’t want to risk sucking in water. Also watched some vids and seen where if you just switched out the stock corrugated inlet tube and put in a drop-in k&n style air filter you get some nice gains plus no risk of sucking in water like a cold air intake. Also one thing, I bought my car with 33k mileage on it and granted I drive on the faster side I didn’t think the fuel mileage was where it should be. Averaged 36mpg and when I changed the filter which I believe was the original filter and super dirty. The best I seen was 37mpg. After changing my filter I hit 40mpg which is nice but I average 38 now. I have the 1.5t engine. Going to purchase another filter so I can have one ready for drop in while I wash and oil this one when the time comes to clean it.

Sweet Bumper

This bumper is nice and it’s a pretty good deal compared to a lot of other aftermarket Jeep xj bumpers. My only complaint is that this bumper has a class 3 receiver hitch but there no place to put a 7 way socket. I was a little bummed about this cause I tow boats and campers with my Jeep. I ended up drilling a 2” hole in the bumper so I could mount a 7 way and then also drill some 1/2’ holes on each side so I could mount some lights and it came out pretty good. Overall I really like this bumper and glad I made the purchase.
