Waste of money

if something is listed as 'genuine' then it should not be a copy. In this case it's not even a good copy as its only good for charging.

Radio reception is not a JOY-ing

I needed a good back I camera for a van and thought I’d get a good sat nav unit at the same time. Replacing the old radio with a Bluetooth device with the above built in was the perfect solution. The Joying head unit seemed to tick all the boxes. Arrived quickly (although without any instructions or user manual). Installation went well. Back up camera perfect. Apple play sat nav - perfect. Tune in radio?????? Almost no reception with interference and poor sound quality (sound through apple play fine). Been playing around with it and in different locations - still no joy. To listen to radio I have to go via the mobile. Such a shame as this could have been a really good unit. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
