    Dear gryzomir. I am very sorry you are not happy with the product. I would have been happy to refund or send you a new bach without any hesitation. I want always my customers to be happy. That is my aim. Kefir has a sour taste for that reason has strong smell. On the other hand I have sent you 35 gr more that said on the list . I have sell many kefir grains in the past and I have not ever any complaints.
