Worth The Money
Have been using this watch since taking up Triahtlons aswell as Weightlifting and I love it! The Nike running app is also great, I know it is only a watch however it has given me even greater motivation as it tracks everything for me. Also teaches me how my heart rate is during rest periods and exercise so I can work out how much harder I could actually push myself during exercise. Also has an app for meditation which I do twice a day now :)
