  Beware this seller. Sent me wrong product as item photo shows 1 DARK and 2 MILK CHOCOLATE Terrys Balls. He claimed to have damaged the DARK BALL product so sent alternative. Dark chocolate Terrys Balls are a rare breed right now and the seller doesn’t have any! He is still advertising the same product available. He offered to refund if I returned but I am unable to trust this seller to either supply what is offered or refund returns!

  Hello, Thank you for your feedback. However, you did mention that we offered you a refund if you returned the item but you neither replied us nor take up the offer, what exactly would you have us do ? We didn't ignore your message, we addressed your complaint but rather than engage with us, you decided to be a negative mind reader and left a beautiful feedback.

  That still waiting for the other 2 to be delivered as I bought in total 4 only got 2 which would been £9.99,But I paid £18.98 email the seller nothing from them not very happy at all. Please can you get in touch with the seller for me please thanks. If there send me 2 more which I've paid for that would be great. Still not happy customer at all. I shouldn't have to chase these things up surely that's the seller's job not the customer.

  Thank you for your feedback, which is a shame as I try very hard to satisfy my customers and remedy any mistakes (As humans, we do make mistakes sometimes).You did not even give me an opportunity to do anything, firing off 3 messages in the middle of the night is quite awesome! I was in the middle of getting your address to ship the missing bit when I saw your negative feedback. I have decided to refund you as there's no point in sending it to you again.I wish you all the happiness in the world
