3 of 4 found this helpful This is my FIFTH and LAST Kindle IF - IF the power plug in goes bad again like it has on the last 4 Kindles I purchased. I just bought 2 more and this time I paid for the "insurance" - only to find out when I got a copy of the insurance it DID NOT cover plug in problems. Seriously? Well, I am going to give Amazon 1 more try to see if this works. The plug in is tighter than all of the prior, so I HOPE that means they fixed the problem, because they certainly don't do anything for you when they go bad, other than tell you to buy a new one. I love my kindle, this one is the best so far, but everyone has their limit, and this will be mine. Let's see if they finally fixed the problem.
