The easiest weight loss book EVER !!
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this book on the recommendation of a friend. It is so easy. The meals are gorgeous, I just continue with the meals most of the week but am extra careful on my fast days. I get weighed once a week and I've lost 7lbs in a month. I'm delighted. This isn't like any other diet - you can't even call it a diet as the meals are lovely. It's the only one that has worked for me without really having to try too hard. I needed to lose 9lb before my wedding and I've achieved most of it by following the 5:2 diet (wish I'd discovered it early). Highly recommend this book !
