Just make sure you don't take more than you need. I was prescribed 20,000 IU per week. 30 capsules per pack should last for months.

I bought both this and the rechargeable wireless one. Don't bother with the wireless mouse as it was almost impossible to get and keep a charge. I have accumulated many wireless mice over the years; this is the best of the lot.
