Okay but ....

The stand doesn’t fold up. Fine if you can leave it set up somewhere and have the space but not fine at all if you don’t. You will need to do and undo the leg bolts using an Allen key each time you set it up and pack it away. Also, the maximum height is simply not high enough. It needs another 20 or 30 cm to work on your bike comfortably. Once built, it is sturdy enough and might be okay for many jobs but overall, there are better stands that collapse away and are taller.
