Said was brand new but damaged packaging

Said was brand new but damaged packaging. The packaging was damaged and all the clipper accessories were in a a sealed plastic bag but the clippers themselves had hair in and on them. Obviously used and not brand new. False advertising. If your going to try and fiddle people into buying something as new at least clean the product of the previous owners remnants.
