    The photos show the vast difference between what was advertised and what I received. Other buyers will see now what they will really be getting .Ornamental red robins are hard to find so is it wise sending by Yodel taking 3 days in hot weather ? Result dry thirsty plant . Responsive customer service is crucial on EBay - Plants very expensive, poor value, not as advertised plants. Just been told to return them, they wouldn’t survive

I had a parcel go missing, the seller sorted this out immediately and sent a replacement out straight away, which i received 2 days later. Customer communication was second to none.     Very happy, bit squished/bent to get in the box it came in. But will fan out nicely I’m sure! Evri battered the box a bit also. But arrived in one piece. Looks lovely. Good value with coupon. Good communication from seller with tracking updates. As Evri are always late. Will use again.
