Concerned about the longevity of use with the battery compartment lid being cracked.

Design Modification
The spikes on the inside of the device that contact the tire have the potential to damage or destroy the tire if a person trying to steal the trailer on which it is installed.
In order to use the device I will have the spikes partially removed (dulled) or entirely removed with an acetylene cutting torch.
