Absolutely fabulous , couldn’t be happier
I bought this for my daughters 4th birthday I think it would be perfect for age 3 but luckily she’s only petite it’s gorgeous to look at and durable . It’s done nothing but rain since we bought it and it’s water proof , we did get a professional to put it uo for us
