Weird watery consistency
5 of 6 found this helpful I have been using pureology products on my hair for years now. I have purchased them in person at beauty retailers and salons, and online here on ebay and on amazon. I am pretty familiar with their brand and have used almost all of their shampoos and conditioners, but when I received this one, something was off. The product smelled good, but left my hair feeling full of residue and matted down by suds before I conditioned with a pureology conditioner that I purchased elsewhere. The weirdest thing though was that the product came out extremely watery. I didn’t even have to squeeze the bottle for some to come out, all I had to do was tilt it and it poured out very easily. I don’t know if something had happened during transportation or not, but I have never seen any pureology shampoos do this, and to be honest I am nervous to use it again because now I’m not sure if this product is really pureology brand or if it has been tampered with. I also did not weigh the product, but it seemed like it wasn’t as full as I have received other pureology products.
