  Buyer beware! Ordered a toy from this site but instead, received a different smaller, cheaper toy which the seller had ordered from Amazon to have sent to me. The difference in price was £6, which the seller would pocket for himself. Challenged him on this and did get an immediate full price refund and told to keep the toy, which was not the one I wanted. Angry at this deception but was told 'you got a free toy, now relax and enjoy'. Got the actual toy I wanted from a more honest eBay seller.

  Not only did we give you an immediate refund but also allowed you to keep the toy sent for FREE which no doubt you are enjoying. There is no need to submit such a negative review, just read the hundreds of positive reviews we have received. We not out to scam anyone, if anything you have gained a FREE toy and got a full refund. Your an idiot.

Initially lost the correspondence of the delivery details, contacted the seller and within 20 mins they had responded and re-sent the delivery details to me. Parcel was well packaged and the contents was secure. Not tried the ear defenders as yet. The make and model came highly recommended from sports enthusiasts.
