Okay but not a workout
Don't really get a good workout.
You would have to be incredibly unfit to get a hard workout - and this is coming from someone who is 4 stone overweight.
Okay to just dance to and have a bit of fun but will not get your heart pumping.
I had read great reviews about this, so I was very disappointed with it. I wanted something fun but something that would give me a workout. This didn't.
The only positive thing about this dvd is the instructor. Really like her, but thats it.

Lovely
These look lovely. Really nice.Bought them as Eid presents for children. Kids loved them. Will buy more.

Great for beginners
This is a great dvd.
Great for beginners like me.
The instructor is really good at explaining.
Really motivating but not annoying.
Really like the stretch section at the end.
