  It was 1 of only 2 that matched perfectly with the memory stick I already had in my laptop and it was priced similarly to the other and other similar ones. It came pretty quickly and it fitted in with no issues and was recognised by the system and it was updated and is working fine. Made a pretty dig difference to my laptop going from 8gb to 16gb and with it being updated to Windows 11 when I got it. Very happy. I can't say to their customer service as I had no reason to use it, so alls good
