Pluses and minuses
1 of 2 found this helpful A lot heavier than my previous Shark steam mop Instruction book not very clear on what you can click & flip Still not sure if you can use both sides of pad in one floor clean Grip pads quite tricky to fit as mop is so heavy so far I still end up handling it to fit second side Height of water left in mop difficult to see how much is left However cleaning is definitely an improvement Would have appreciated more help in instruction book & lighter mop
