  Unfortunately, the item had been damaged in transit, so when it arrived the box it was in was crushed, making it no good for a Christmas present. I had taken photos as I opened the package to show that the damage was not done by me. After I contacted the seller, they offered me a full refund. They need to improve their packaging, but I cannot fault the after sales service.
