My bleached hair turned dark brown!
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought this product to use on my bleached hair, I have a very light balayage and the ends of my hair were white as a result of many rounds of bleach at a salon. I bought this product hoping to achieve a grey colour on the bleached pieces of hair.
After not diluting the product and leaving it on, my hair turned a very dark brown colour, with no pieces of grey at all. Please note my hair was definitely light enough as I have previously achieved pastel colours!
I now have extremely dark brown/black hair, and the colour is very patchy. The consistency of this product is very thin. I am extremely disappointed as my hair has taken many sessions to get to a blonde colour light enough before this.
My advice would be to dilute this product and only apply for a few minutes - the colour achieved is not grey.
