Positive experience
Easy to install. Right price. On-time delivery. Only improvement I could recommend is on the app. It will not work with my Samsung Galaxy S5. It works fine on an S8 but the status could be a little larger so it is easier to see.

Great experience if you are sure you need the bulb
Product arrived on time, install was easy. Been in only a month but all went well.
I have a Sony kds50a2020. There is a yellow spot on the screen. I got a message that said the bulb was bad but it turns out the "optics" (about a $900USD fix) was also bad. If I would have known, I would have applied the money spent on the bulb towards a new flat screen. Hope this info helps someone. If you are sure you need the bulb, this price/manufacturer/supplier was excellent.
