  Item not as described and leaking from a couple places with residual marks that confirm it has been leaking a set amount of time, had to repair with parts from my old machine, seller is lucky I was capable of repairing myself, not good,

  This buyer claims a product was faulty when it wasn’t while I had it. He must’ve damaged it while removing and transporting when he came to collect it. I offered a full refund for the return of the item but he waited too long. Then, after some time he requested a return, which was too late. Although the item was not faulty when I had it, I still offered this buyer a partial refund. He then had the audacity to leave me negative feedback.
