Works fine . Makes interesting noises
I purchased this unit to replace an old Robinair pump for which support is no longer available. This pump seems to be a decent value for the money. I like that it has 2 sizes of hose connections. Unit worked okay to evacuate the first ( and so far only) vehicle I used it on . The pump does get warm in operation. Also, it has a “tinny” sound under load until the A/C system was mostly pumped out. This unit seems to function as advertised, the only question is it’s durability.
