Poorly designed
The seller's services were very good. Very prompt with delivery. However the product was not what I expected. The ban-marie was too shallow couldn't get more than 100ml of water in it. The space between the fuel supporting ring and bottom of the chaffing dish was so narrow that the flame kept going out, and it was virtually impossible to remove the fuel can from under the dish without de-assembling it all first. I have other, very similiar chaffing dishes which look the same as this one but much easier to use.
Very disappointed with this one - waste of money.
