There is literally no other option that is cheaper but still keeping tracking and shipping protection (bubble mailer WILL be bent by the USPS's sorting machine and stepped on).

Honestly, it would have been fine in a small envelope with a stamp. No way this could get damaged it's just a 3d printed IO plate. I bought a motherboard that came without the I/O shield and I spent hours trying to locate one online with no luck. This seller advertised 3d printed ones from a picture of the back of my computer with the motherboard installed. I don't know how this seller did it but he 3d printed this from a picture I sent him.
