  The item was not late and still on schedule to arrive by the expected delivery date, but I still offered to cancel the order since you were clearly unhappy with the dispatch time. I only proceeded with the cancellation after you had responded confirming your agreement to cancel. A point clearly omitted in your feedback. Though the fact that you would call someone being ill a 'lame excuse', and publicly no less, speaks volumes about your character, so I will not engage with you further.
