  Item listed as new without tags, but when it arrived all the buttons had been repositioned. I contacted seller to say I loved the coat, wanted to keep it but it shouldn't have been listed as new as it had been altered. She then got nasty as I didn't want to return it. I wouldn't have left this negative feedback, but for her terrible attitude.
