Real classic - no regrets!
I had this CD a long time ago but happened to have lost it whilst moving house (somehow had the case and not the disc). A few years down the line tried to search the disc to buy on itunes but it does not have - not even individual tracks! But managed to find the album on ebay and was so glad that I am once again reunited with the CD. It looks like the tracks on this album were made specially for it. Must admit the cover is not at all an accurate description of the contents which is old school 70's/80's funk and jazz...tracks you would normally hear in an old Bruce Lee film, for example. It touches your soul and I love to dance to it when I play it whilst cooking my dinner. Definitely worth every single penny!

Perfect for beginners
Very informative book with lots of illustrations and clear layout. Auryveda is a very complex subject to learn and this is a good book for beginners to get into
