The Evri delivery went to another address (I have no idea where), for £6.14 posting I would expect some more reliability. I have no idea where it is and given the overall low cost of the item it is not worth wasting time chasing a refund. Royal Mail delivery is so much more reliable, the postman understands the address system (and doesn't just dump the stuff at the first convenient address which seems to be what happened here) and for small items post it through the door.

Does the job

Two elderly dogs mean quite a few accidents and the rug in my kitchen has suffered a lot so I was on the point of throwing it out when I found this product. I have applied it twice in patches and so far the awful ammonia-like smell of old urine has mostly disappeared. I now want to try it with my carpet shampooer to see if the whole rug will improve in smell. The product has a rather sickly aftersmell itself but maybe that will go with a good airing.
