Bad casting
The reel was new and went to use it and on every third or fourth cast the line would hang up and stop going out. did some tweaking on the reel but to no avail.....put new line on it and no good.

It Works (Worx)
Im a tinkerer....i got it up and running in about 1hr...works ok. The automatic chain adjustment a little finiky, wrench and screwdriver is better but overall very pleased.
