The worst printer I have ever had
1 of 3 found this helpful This is one of the worst printers I have ever had, and I wish on a daily basis that I had bought the HP printer equivalent! It's impossible to read the tiny information window, and I have found it utterly impossible to connect it to my network for wireless printing. One of the most irritating things is that it simply cannot cope with high quality 200g photo paper. The photo paper jams in the printer EVERY SINGLE TIME, and it takes about 10 minutes to clear the mess.
And try and find support on line or on the phone – it does not exist! You have to contact HP customer support, as they have apparently taken on this task! When I tried,. the hapless operator admitted that he was all at sea with this task. I feel like chucking it into the electronics bin of my local recycling centre!

Seriously faulty item
The toner cartridge was so faulty that it spewed ink across every document I tried to print.
