    Not new. Opening a box would have clarified this. Postage charged twice though two purchases sent in the same package at no increase in postage cost. Queried with seller - drivel response about time and material costs etc., yet not acknowledging the saving provided by packing two purchases together. I expected better as a note had been included with the purchase, but seller feels double charging is fair game. I'll not be back.

    A poor standard of buyer who sought a reduction in a low postage cost after buying, rather than before. He feels that its reasonable to leave poor feedback when this wasn't agreed to, even though the basis on which he bought the rolling stock was clear. All my responses to him were polite and factual, so why he believes its fair to refer to them as "drivel" I don't know.

Will only fit larger circlips
These pliers may be OK for larger circlips but the ends/prongs are too big for the smaller circlips that I needed to fit. On closer inspection the ends are rather rough and ready, and even after hand dressing with a needle file they still didn't fit my circlips. So not recommended if you want a set that will cover all bases over time, or your immediate need is at the small end of the spectrum.
