Not productive
There are no pros to this product. Since taking it I found that I am eating more and putting weight on instead of losing weight.
Would not recommend it!!!

NOT VERY GOOD
It needs more work to reduce the surrounding sounds eg: the wind. I cannot hear the birds, or other sounds, if there is wind or car sounds etc.
Also the dial control is very, very stiff, it does not turn very easily. Very disappointed esp. that it cost so much money!
