    Item was supposedly sent untracked 2nd class. We waited well past delivery date even had 2nd class items from other sellers delivered that we had ordered after this. Contacted seller, no response, contacted 2nd time via eBay, no response. No response to eBay customer services so they issued a full refund 7th May. Who sends a new power tool untracked post, so that was raising suspicions. Disappointed this item never arrived as had jobs lined up for it.
