    Item not as shown in listing (mock up pic not the item) seller did not want to give refund with postage but returned via ebay for full refund so de warned. Pic 1 is listing pic 2 is item i recieved poor quality printing .

    I have to completely disagree with this feedback, after the customer decided that he did not like the design, the print was exactly as described but it just wasn't to his taste, As there was no fault with item, I considerably explained that I would not cover the return cost, which is stated in my T&C's, absolutlyno problem with refund. In the end I took the moral high ground and fully refunded and covered both postage costs, and yet this customer still felt compelled to leave negative feedback.
