The right derailleur in the ringt cog
I had been using short cage model of the same SRAM Force 22 for 4 years and made it shift with the lowest 29 cog for the last 6 months.(front compact chainset) There was no problem during ride over approx.3,000km but turned out to loosen cage spring fixing bolt at last. I understood there might be excess stress onto cage movement even though sufficient chain length was given. This medium WiFli cage naturally fits to the required gear capacity and provide me with accurate movemnt and smoother chain running. The right deraillerur for the right gear ratio. You do not omit it.

So, so
Good grip & comfy on dry condition but also much slippy on wet condition. Both characertistics possibly come from the material of silicon. So you always need gloves when ride.
