Very good product, very good service, reccomended!
I chose this printer because the cartridges on my old printer will fit this one, I do have a set of inks in stock. This was a good thing for me to be able to use them. I did not know the company, but put my trust in them. I am very pleased that I did, having found they are so very good to deal with. The printer arrived within a few days, nicely packed with some paper and a set of a little over half-full cartridges. A helpful note reminded me to allow the printer to warm up in the room before I put it to work; winter is here! As I had no idea what I was buying and no notion of the way the company might work; this made me decline the offer of an extended guarantee for an extra charge! I need never have feared; for when I had used the printer for a few days and found myself to be VERY PLEASED with it! I contacted the company to try to take up the option, I was told that the offer is all tied up with the delivery contract and cannot be booked later. That does not seem to be a problem, as I was assured that if I do encounter any problems, then they will do anything that they can to help, repairs or parts. VERY reassuring! A very good quality renovated product from an excellent company. You can't do better! David Wiggins.
