He/she reported the box was damaged (not something I have control over) and a page was folded or creased. The instructions were packaged the way they were received and this seemed to be a petty complaint in order to avoid refunding me. An Attractive Large Lego Set

Very Good Scene to Display for Lord of the Rings!
One of the best scenes in Lord of the Rings series! In the film, the scene is too dark, but this Lego set makes it a great display by nice stickers, details and the design. Moreover, you will get three unique minifigures that only come from this set including the big Cave Troll!
