Helps With Relaxation

This product has a sedative effect. It does take the edge of nerves and does help with relaxation. I feel more relaxed during the day and it is helping with sleep at night. When I take it during the day it does not make me feel too tired thing or drowsy so I can still get on with daily activities. You can take 1-4 capsules daily, so you can adjust the dose to suit your preferance. Does it help with anxiety? I think It could help with mild anxiety. For those with seriously low mood St Johns Wort may be preferable.

Quest Portable Steamer

This works! It does the job on light garments such as cotton/polyester shirts. I have not tried it on heavy items such as denim or suede so cannot say how it would perform. However the steamer is easy to use, took me five minutes to read the instructions and I was good to go.

Not much without AC adaptor

Bought this because of the good reviews. Was later disappointed. For this product to work properly you need the AC adaptor to plug it into a wall socket. As the product does not come with adaptor you have to buy this separately. Without adaptor does not project time constantly. The other problem is that if you are short sighted you cannot see the projection properly. Alarm only lasts for a couple of minutes and is not very loud - quite possible to sleep through the alarm.
