  Item went missing during delivery, received an empty package in a Royal Mail sealed bag. Obviously the tracking stated the package was delivered, however , what it doesn’t state is if the item was inside the packaging or not. Communication between myself and the seller was not as straight forward as it should had been, even with the seller claiming they refunded me when they hadn’t so EBay had to get involved. Now I’ve got my refund,I’d advise anyone to deal with this seller. My advice AVOID !!!

  Nice quality sandals but - delivery took in excess of 2 weeks and although the seller was quick to respond to messages, they didn’t really provide answers, just stated that the item had been sent, so quality of communication not so good. I ordered on 2nd May but not received until 17th May.
