Does what it says on the package.
The only issue I have is that you have to turn the camera on to fit the hood with the leaves facing the body of the camera. Apart from that it's well made and easy to take off or put on as required.

OK, but.......
The punch was so blunt it just would not cut through 4 layers of plastic. I had to sharpen it with a needle file which not everybody would have, or know how to sharpen it.

The unit is small and compact yet gives a bright light.
