Their first compalation.
Back in 1982, when this L.P. was released on Vinyl, many of us teenage punks called it a sell out but older and wiser, I know now its all part of the contract along with a live album. All the A sides from the United Artists years are included although not in release order. You can only get about 40-45 minutes on Vinyl so when this album was released on CD, that's what you got. The fold out insert includes artwork that was on the inner and outer sleeve of the L.P. and all the stuff about audio that appeared on early CD packaging. Great songs but to be honest. there are better value CD compalations out there. One for the collector.

Same old stuff from Eagle.
Here we have another cheap as chips compilation. Licensed by Eagle, this 2006 Dutch release adds to the huge amount of compilations from the MK2 era of the band. Tracks are from Written in Red, About Time and Friday 13th. The booklet includes a handy list of all singles released up to Long Black Veil except it misses Specture of Love, Lies and Deceotion, Sugar Bullets & In Heaven she walks. Quite unremarkable compared the much better compilations available. At least the picture on the front is correct.

Yet another compalation.
A german release featuring the mk2 line up has a good selection of post cornwall songs all great with exception of Summer in the city which is an appaling choice. 5 tracks from Written Red, 4 from Coup de Grace, 3 from About Time. and 4 from Friday 13th Live. Nice artwork but the only info on the insert incorrectly credits the origional line up as song writers.
