Easy, effective and cheaper than even an aftermarket replacement cartridge
Purchased for a Dell E310dw to refill the starter cartridge. Took all of 5 minutes to refill and install the included parts, resulting in a fully functional and zero-count cartridge. There are several videos available online demonstrating the process, but note there is no need to melt a hole in the toner cartridge a shwon in one video, at least for the Dell version. The end cap under the drive mechanism can be popped off with a screwdriver, and the kit even comes with a replacement cap AND a piece of metal sealing tape in the event you do need to bore a hole in your particular cartridge.
